To empower unemployed rural youth with market-driven technical skills, the Rahmatunnesa Shikkha Unnayan Foundation (RSUF) has been successfully conducting the Basic Electronics and Mobile Phone Servicing Training project in Paturia, Kalukhali, Rajbari. After successfully completing the 1st and 2nd batches, RSUF has now started the 3rd batch with 10 trainees.
Each batch selects 10 dedicated trainees through a careful survey and evaluation process. This intensive 3-month (75-day) training program combines theoretical lessons with hands-on practical experience on both button phones and modern smartphones. Trainees learn essential skills such as using tools safely, disassembly and assembly, fault finding and diagnosis, screen and battery replacement, charging port repair, and motherboard-level troubleshooting. After successfully passing the final evaluation, trainees receive completion certificates. Through this initiative, RSUF helps young participants secure jobs in local mobile service shops, enabling them to achieve self-employment and sustainable incomes.
